About TaskClouders
TaskClouders wasn’t built in a boardroom. It was built inside real businesses across Texas and Louisiana — managing real payrolls, reconciling real deposits, and fixing real operational gaps. That experience is the difference.
Most businesses don’t have a revenue problem. They have a structure problem.
That belief is the foundation of everything TaskClouders does. We’ve seen it play out in restaurants doing $3M a year that couldn’t explain their margins. In industrial companies with 60 employees whose invoicing was still done manually. In engineering firms that grew from 30 to 300 people and nearly collapsed under the weight of their own success. The problem is never the hustle. It’s always the systems.
The Founder
Operations & Business Systems Executive — Houston, TX
Dee Wright has spent over 15 years embedded inside some of the most operationally complex environments across Texas and Louisiana — from multi-location fine dining to large-scale industrial operations to disaster recovery contracts spanning multiple states. She didn’t learn operations from a textbook. She learned it by doing it.
In the Hospitality industry, Dee built the entire financial infrastructure for a luxury restaurant group operating across Houston and Dallas — integrating QuickBooks with Toast POS, creating a Chart of Accounts that differentiated food, liquor, wine, and beverage sales by location, and establishing the daily reconciliation workflows that gave ownership real-time clarity on their margins for the first time.
In the Oil & Gas industry, she transformed an invoicing operation that was processing 22 invoices per year into one processing 343 — a 1,500% increase — while simultaneously reducing billing turnaround time by 70%. She did it by building structure where there was none.
In the Engineering & Disaster Recovery industry, she led the financial and operational backbone of a company that grew from 30 to over 300 employees across multiple contracts — including managing high-volume payroll and financial compliance during the Deepwater Horizon response along the Gulf Coast. That’s the kind of high-stakes, high-pressure environment where systems either hold or they don’t.
“I built these systems inside businesses just like yours. I know what it costs when the structure isn’t there — because I’ve seen it firsthand across the Gulf Coast.”
TaskClouders is the formalization of what Dee has always done naturally: walk into a business, see exactly what’s broken, and build the systems to fix it permanently.

Our Philosophy
You cannot grow a business sustainably on a broken foundation. The systems have to be built before — or at least alongside — the revenue. Every time.
Every business owner deserves to know exactly where their money is, what their margins are, and what their business costs to run. Confusion is expensive.
We don’t recommend what we haven’t done. Every system we build, every process we design, and every recommendation we make is grounded in real operational experience.
Tell us about your business and we’ll show you exactly where we can help.
